March 17, 2010 – The Start of something New

Finally I can see all our work coming together before my very eyes.  We dug, poked, sawed, hacked and even sung our way through the day.  It is amazing seeing everyone work together, not just our “family” but with the Mongolian workers and children, co-existing with each other. At the end of the day we had accomplished the foundation and also put up one side of the building. We were all tired, filthy and hungry but none of that mattered, because we understood that what we did with our own hands and feet would give us joy which was comparable to nothing else.
