Destination for March 2010 is the village of Zuunkharaa, located in the northern Selenge Aimag province in Mongolia.
For the first time in our history, Global Perspectives faced cold weather during the entire March trip. Past years have had short stretches in the cold, but never for the entire two weeks. Students lived in traditional Mongolian housing called a yurt. We believe that education is one of the keys to end the cycle of poverty so again we will be building a school.
